Salad of beetroot & chicken livers

Take 3 nice cooked beetroots

1/2 a raw beetroot, diced

20g of roasted sesame seeds

4 chicken livers

Salt and pepper the raw sides

Cooking: pink!


3 table spoons of olive oil

3 table spoons of Xeres vinegar

1/2 tea spoon of salt

1/2 tea spoon of pepper


Blend in a mixer, siphon, shake and press!

1/2 a cooked beetroot, diced

3 table spoons of liquid cream

1 table spoon of Xeres vinegar

1/2 tea spoon of salt

1 handful of rocket leaves

1 table spoon of olive oil, 1 table spoon of Xeres vinegar, salt and pepper to taste

1/2 raw beetroot cut in slices
