Chef Westermann’s country home is just 6 kilometers from the famous truffle market in Richerenches, Vaucluse, France, and he visite each saturday to hand select a selection of Truffe Noire du Vaucluse & Tricastin for La Dégustation.
As he is perfectly attuned to the unique terrior of the region and the idiosyncrasies of the soil, he is also a lifelong veteran of pairing black truffles with poultry to excellent effect.
